The B&B Camere di Costanza is located in Lacona, in a sunny and quiet location offering a splendid sea view over the Gulf of Lacona and the Gulf of Stella. It is the ideal location for getting around the island because Lacona is centrally and strategically located, allowing you to easily travel in all directions, reaching some of the most interesting towns and beaches in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri, and Portoferraio and their beaches.

The villa was completely renovated in 2022. It is one of the oldest farmhouses in Lacona and is surrounded by a large and beautiful olive grove.

A buffet breakfast will be served in the common area. The common area overlooks the veranda, where guests will find a table, chairs, and some deck chairs to enjoy the relaxation and tranquility of the countryside while gazing at the wonderful sea view over the two gulfs.

Room 5 is a spacious triple room measuring 44 square meters, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, located on the first floor of the villa. It can be accessed both from the living area and from outside the building via an external staircase. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a 43-inch television and has a large private bathroom with a shower. The modern, neutral tones of the room make it the ideal place to relax after a sunny day at the beach or exploring the island.

This room is special because it has a large 13 m² private terrace from which guests can enjoy the breathtaking view away from the gaze of other guests, for an even more special experience.

Our offer includes a buffet breakfast served every morning at the property from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. You will be pampered from the morning onwards, enjoying an excellent breakfast outdoors or under the porch, depending on the season and your preference. Your room has a mini-fridge with glass bottles of water to combat plastic consumption, available at room temperature or chilled. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and a teapot with a selection of teas and herbal teas that you can use at your leisure at any time. There is a safe in your room. In the common area, you can refill your water bottle, which will always be at your disposal.
