Room 5 is a large 44 sq m superior roomwith one double bed and one single bed and is located on the first floor of the villa. It has a large bathroom with window and shower stall. This room is special because it has a private terrace of 13 square meters from which to admire a breathtaking view away from the gaze of other guests in the facility.

Superior Room 5 is equipped with air conditioning, mini refrigerator with water, safe, wi-fi, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, herbal tea maker with a selection of herbal teas and teas, 43″ television, towel warmer and hair dryer. Smoking is prohibited.

Buffet breakfast is served from 8.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the common area or in the veranda, with a beautiful sea view and surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside.

B&B Villa Costanza is located in Lacona, in a sunny and quiet area from which there is a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Lacona and the Golfo Stella. It is the ideal location for getting around because from here you can reach some of the most interesting beaches and towns, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches, in about 20 minutes.
